We produce many different types of mouldings for industrial applications for example, flexographic printing, film and TV, light weight equipment for the joining of conveyor belts and rotor blades for radio controlled helicopters for hobbyists and defence applications.
We have cut flat sheet parts for applications as diverse as motor racing, satellites, robots for nuclear power station de-commissioning and parts for radio controlled helicopters, drones and cars.
We also machine plastics and tooling block.

These pictures show various parts of a carbon fibre chambered doctor blade used in the flexographic and gravure printing industries.
Inserts and fittings can be clearly seen incorporated into the mouldings to meet customers design requirements.

The middle picture shows a circular component 450mm diameter made from 50mm thick plate. This part was made for a UK scientific institution as part of a connection in a large piece of equipment.

Picture shows solid carbon fibre rudder stocks made for Green Marine of Lymington Hampshire.
These were then built into complete rudders and fitted on to the Hugo Boss Open 60 Racing Yacht used in the Barcelona World Race.
The yacht achieved second place sailed by Alex Thompson and Andrew Cape.
