Services Our pressing workshop can produce epoxy carbon (graphite) or glass sheet to custom lay ups with special resins in thickness from 0.5mm to 50mm size 800 x 600mm. We also have special presses for the manufacture of structural/ridged beams maximum moulding size 150 x 150 x 3600mm. We have produced many different types of ridged beam for industries as diverse as flexographic printing, film and TV, and lightweight equipment for the repair of conveyor belts. Our CNC routing workshop can cut material up to 4000mm x 2000mm in X and Y-axis and 200mm in Z-axis. We have cut many different carbon sheet components particularly for manufacturers of radio controlled model helicopters. We also route ridged plastics, MDF and some metals. With our dedicated workshop we make most of our compression tools from 2D or 3D CAD programmes. This gives us the control over the exacting fit of compression tooling to obtain good finish time after time. Drawings
